50FLY! Legal Information

This Agreement is entered into with Sineco Co., Ltd., operator of 50FLY!, registered in the Kingdom of Thailand (“the Company”).

1.Assumption of Risk

 I acknowledge that participation in trampoline activities, laser tag, climbing activities, fitness activities and related services involves inherent risks including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment failure, improper landing, participant negligence, serious injury, permanent disability or death. I voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks.

2. No Guarantee of Safety

 I understand that no activity involving physical movement can be made completely safe and that no guarantee of safety is provided.

3. Rules & Staff Instructions

 I agree to comply with all posted safety rules and instructions given by staff. Failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the premises without refund.

4. Supervision

 I acknowledge that staff supervision reduces but does not eliminate risk, and that participants remain responsible for their own actions at all times.

5. No Alcohol or Impairment

 I confirm that I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may impair judgment or physical ability.

6. Equipment Use

 Improper, reckless or unauthorized use of equipment may result in injury. I accept responsibility for misuse contrary to instructions.

7. Third-Party Conduct

 The Company is not responsible for the actions, behavior or negligence of other participants to the fullest extent permitted by Thai law.

8. Release of Liability

 To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, I release and discharge the Company, its directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, landlords and equipment suppliers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages or expenses arising from participation.

9. Health Declaration

 I confirm that I do not suffer from heart conditions, epilepsy, recent surgery, pregnancy, physical limitations or any condition that increases risk of injury. If I do, I accept full responsibility for participation.

10. Emergency Medical Authorization

 I authorize the Company to seek emergency medical assistance if deemed necessary and agree to bear any associated costs.

11. Indemnification

 I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims brought by third parties arising from my actions or negligence.

Where this Agreement is signed by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a participant under 18 years of age, such parent or guardian confirms legal authority to sign, accepts full responsibility for the participant’s conduct and participation, and agrees to be personally bound by this Agreement.

12. Participants Under 18 Years

 Participants under 18 years of age must have this waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

13. CCTV Surveillance

 CCTV surveillance operates throughout the facility for safety and security purposes. Recordings are automatically overwritten within a limited retention cycle and are not archived. CCTV footage is the property of the Company and will only be released upon official written request from competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.

14. Photography & Marketing

 Photographs and video recordings may be taken for documentation and promotional purposes including social media, website and advertising materials. By signing this Agreement, I acknowledge and consent to such use. Consent may be withdrawn at any time in writing to info@50flyfec.com and reasonable efforts will be made to avoid future use.

15. No Insurance Coverage

 The Company does not provide personal accident or medical insurance coverage. Participants are responsible for maintaining their own insurance.

16. Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand:

a) The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of participation in any activity.

b) The total aggregate liability of the Company arising out of or in connection with participation in any activity shall not exceed the amount paid by or on behalf of the participant for the relevant activity on the date of participation.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable Thai law.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

18. Entire Agreement & Severability

 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Sineco Co., Ltd., operator of 50FLY! Family Entertainment Center (“the Company”), acts as the Data Controller for the purposes of this Privacy Notice.

CCTV recordings operate on a limited automatic overwrite cycle and are not archived.

Marketing materials may be retained until consent is withdrawn.

Where necessary for legal defense, dispute resolution, or compliance with applicable law, certain data may be retained for longer periods as permitted by law.

6. Disclosure of Personal Data

Personal data is not sold or commercially distributed.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Entry to 50FLY! premises and participation in any activity is conditional upon:

Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions; and

Completion of the mandatory Online Liability Waiver.

These Terms are displayed at reception and on the official website prior to purchase.

By entering the premises, purchasing tickets, or participating in any activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

The executed Online Liability Waiver forms a separate and binding agreement. These Terms shall be read together with the Waiver. In the event of any inconsistency, the Online Liability Waiver shall prevail.

2. Participation & Assumption of Risk

Participation in trampoline, laser tag, climbing, fitness, and other physical activities involves inherent risks, including risk of injury, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

All participants voluntarily assume such risks.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability which cannot legally be excluded under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

3. Minors & Supervision

Parents and legal guardians remain fully responsible for supervising minors at all times while on the premises.

50FLY! does not assume parental or guardian supervision duties.

Supervision requirements are further detailed in the House Rules.

Supervising adults who do not participate must remain within designated observation areas.

4. Conduct & Right of Refusal

Management reserves the right, acting reasonably, to refuse entry or remove any person from the premises without refund where:

Safety rules are violated

Staff instructions are ignored

Behaviour is unsafe, reckless, or disruptive

There is risk to safety, property, or operations

House Rules form part of these Terms and must be complied with at all times.

5. Operational Adjustments

50FLY! may modify operating hours, suspend activities, or close areas due to operational, maintenance, safety, staffing, weather, regulatory, or other necessary reasons.

Where a prepaid activity is materially unavailable, management may, at its sole discretion, offer rescheduling or credit.

No compensation shall be payable for temporary closures or operational adjustments.

6. Food & Allergies

Outside food and beverages are not permitted within 50FLY! premises, except plain drinking water or approved pre-booked event items.

Customers are responsible for informing staff of any food allergies prior to consumption.

50FLY! shall not be liable for allergic reactions where ingredient information has been made reasonably available.

7. Personal Property

Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings.

50FLY! shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to property howsoever caused, except where caused by proven gross negligence of the Operator.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law:

Participation in activities is at the participant’s own risk.

Liability is governed by the executed Online Liability Waiver.

50FLY! shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from proven gross negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

9. Insurance

50FLY! does not provide personal accident or medical insurance coverage.

Participants are responsible for maintaining their own insurance protection.

10. CCTV & Security

CCTV operates throughout the premises for safety and security purposes.

CCTV footage is retained in accordance with internal data retention procedures and automatically overwritten unless required for investigation.

Footage will only be disclosed to competent authorities upon official written request in accordance with Thai law.

CCTV recordings are the property of the Operator and are not available for public viewing.

11. Force Majeure

50FLY! shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health restrictions, government orders, regulatory actions, or power outages.

12. Intellectual Property

The name “50FLY!”, branding, logos, designs, and website content are the property of Sineco Co., Ltd.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

13. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) of Thailand and the 50FLY! Privacy Notice.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Online Liability Waiver and incorporated documents, constitute the entire agreement relating to entry and participation at 50FLY!.

No verbal statements or representations shall override these Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

17. Amendments

50FLY! reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

The latest version published on the official website shall be effective upon publication.

Continued use of the premises constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. General Policy

All ticket purchases, passes, deposits, and bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been completed.

No refunds or partial refunds will be provided for unused or partially used sessions.

2. Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be permitted at management’s sole discretion if:

Requested prior to the scheduled session; and

Subject to availability.

No rescheduling shall be granted for no-shows.

3. Operational Suspension

If 50FLY! cancels or suspends a prepaid activity due to operational, safety, maintenance, staffing, regulatory, weather-related, or other necessary reasons, management may, at its sole discretion, offer:

Rescheduling; or

Credit for future use.

Cash refunds shall not be provided.

4. Event Bookings

Event deposits and payments are non-refundable unless cancellation is initiated by 50FLY!.

In the event of cancellation by 50FLY!, rescheduling or credit may be offered at management’s discretion.

Specific event terms may apply and will be communicated at time of booking.

5. Force Majeure

No refunds shall be provided for interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health restrictions, government orders, or other force majeure events.

These House Rules form part of the 50FLY! Terms & Conditions.

All visitors and participants must comply with these Rules at all times while on the premises.

Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or immediate removal from the premises without refund in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

1. General Conduct

All visitors must:

Follow staff instructions at all times

Comply with posted safety signage

Respect other guests and staff

Avoid reckless, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour

Management may refuse entry or remove any individual acting in breach of these Rules.

2. Supervision of Minors

Parents and legal guardians remain fully responsible for supervising minors at all times.

50FLY! does not provide individual child supervision services.

Failure to actively supervise minors may result in removal from the premises.

Children under 5 years old may participate in trampoline sessions only during designated times.

TRAMPOLINE ARENA RULES

Sessions

Sessions begin each hour.

Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the session starts.

The last session begins at 7:00 PM.

Entry Requirements

Valid wristband required.

Official 50FLY! grip socks must be worn at all times inside the trampoline arena.

A completed Online Liability Waiver is required prior to participation.

Supervising Adults

Supervising adults may enter designated observation areas free of charge.

Supervising adults must remain within designated seating or observation areas.

Supervising adults are not permitted to use trampolines without a valid ticket and official grip socks.

Entry into active trampoline areas constitutes acknowledgement of the inherent risks associated with the activity, regardless of active jumping.

Safety Rules

One person per trampoline square unless otherwise instructed by staff.

No shoes or regular socks permitted.

Only plain water was allowed inside the arena.

Empty pockets before jumping.

No sharp or loose objects permitted.

Do not climb or hang on safety nets or walls.

Do not jump or land on padding areas.

Trampolines are not designed for sitting or lying down.

No rough play, pushing, racing, or wrestling.

Follow all staff instructions at all times.

Health & Restrictions

Do not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Individuals with injuries, medical limitations, pregnancy, or other health concerns should not participate.

Flips, somersaults, and advanced tricks are performed at the participant’s own skill level and risk and are not individually supervised by staff.

LASER TAG ARENA RULES

Pre-Game Requirements

Participants must be physically capable of independently handling equipment.

Valid wristband required.

Attendance at safety briefing is mandatory.

Closed-toe shoes required.

Environment Notice

The laser tag arena contains low lighting, obstacles, and uneven surfaces.

Participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risk of collision, impact, and physical injury associated with the arena environment.

Conduct & Behaviour

No climbing or stunts.

No running (walking or light jogging only).

No physical contact with other players.

Respect staff and other participants at all times.

Equipment Handling

Inspect equipment before use and report issues immediately.

Do not modify or adjust equipment settings.

Do not drop or misuse equipment.

Damage caused by misuse of equipment may result in charges.

Equipment must not be removed from the arena.

Restrictions

No food, drinks, or chewing gum inside the arena.

No participation under alcohol or drugs.

No unauthorized photography or recording.

3. Personal Belongings

Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

50FLY! shall not be liable for loss or damage to personal property except where caused by proven gross negligence of the Operator.

4. Cleanliness

Visitors must maintain cleanliness within the premises.

Cleaning or sanitation charges may apply where additional cleaning is required due to misuse of facilities.

5. Accident Reporting

Any accident or injury must be reported to staff immediately and before leaving the premises.

Failure to report an incident promptly may affect the ability to accurately investigate and document the circumstances.

6. Safety & Operational Authority

50FLY! reserves the right to:

Modify session timing

Close areas for operational or safety reasons

Suspend or terminate access for non-compliance

All operational decisions are made in accordance with the 50FLY! Terms & Conditions.

CCTV operates throughout the 50FLY! premises for safety, security, and incident documentation purposes.

2. Scope

CCTV cameras operate in public areas of the premises, including activity zones and common areas.

CCTV is not installed in restrooms or private areas.

Clear signage is displayed to notify visitors of CCTV monitoring.

3. Ownership & Use

All CCTV recordings are the property of Sineco Co., Ltd.

Footage is accessed only by authorized personnel and used strictly for safety, operational, or legal purposes.

4. Disclosure

CCTV recordings are not available for public viewing.

Footage will only be disclosed to competent authorities upon official written request and in accordance with applicable Thai law.

5. Retention

CCTV recordings are retained for a limited period and are automatically overwritten unless required for investigation or legal purposes.

6. Data Protection

CCTV data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and the 50FLY! Privacy Notice.

1. Immediate Notification

In the event of any accident, injury, or incident, participants or accompanying adults must notify staff immediately and before leaving the premises.

Prompt reporting assists the Company in reviewing the circumstances.

2. Initial Response

Upon notification:

 • Staff will assess the situation.

 • Basic first aid may be provided where appropriate.

 • Emergency medical services may be contacted if reasonably necessary based on the circumstances.

The Company does not provide medical treatment beyond basic first aid.

Any decision regarding further medical evaluation or treatment remains the responsibility of the participant or accompanying adult.

3. Documentation

The Company may document reported incidents for internal safety and operational purposes.

Such documentation does not constitute an admission of liability.

4. CCTV Review

Where applicable, relevant CCTV footage may be reviewed in accordance with the CCTV & Safety Policy.

Disclosure of CCTV recordings is governed by applicable Thai law and the Company’s published policies.

5. Internal Review

The Company may conduct an internal review of reported incidents to assess compliance with safety rules and consider operational improvements where appropriate.

6. Legal Position

This Policy outlines operational procedures only and does not create additional legal obligations, duties, or warranties beyond those stated in the Terms & Conditions and executed Liability Waiver.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, distribution, or commercial exploitation of the 50FLY! name, logo, or brand assets are prohibited.
